About Me
I am a New Zealander now living and working in the Brighton area. I love anything and everything to do with sports, the outdoors, keeping active and staying well.
I discovered naturopathic medicine and the healing power of food and nature when treating my own digestive issues as a teenager. After moving to London, I studied at the British College of Naturopathic and Osteopathic Medicine and given my interest in sports and natural cures, it was the perfect fit for me. I graduated from the British College of Naturopathic and Osteopathic Medicine (now British College of Osteopathic Medicine) in 1997 with 1st class honours.
I love to move. I run, cycle, climb, dance and spend time in the sea. Weight training and Pilates helps me maintain the flexibility and strength required to continue with all the activities I love.
Over the last 20 years, I have gained a wide range of experience working in a variety of clinical settings. I bring to the table all I have learnt professionally and personally to help others make positive changes for optimal health and freedom of movement.
